An outdoor installation that creates a haze of “blue fog” rising above the salal plants framing a path through the woods. There are multiple vantage points to see the installation, as well as walking through it. The piece refers to that moment of seeing blue sky through fog. The piece floats above the plants and is visible from various vantage points. The sense is of something quite ephemeral until you walk along the path the piece is on.
